The location is perfect for those seeking relaxation with easy access to everything. the spacious rooms offer comfortable bedding and modern baths. the all-inclusive plan includes delicious and local food with free drinks that can be enjoyed in a nice atmosphere. There is a big pool with a view of the stunning beach, and the resort is nestled in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by well-taken care gardens.
Some of the equipment like ping pong tables and pool tables are in poor condition, which may lead to disappointment for those who are looking for indoor entertainment.

One of the things I liked the most is the fact that it is secluded, off the main roads. The entrance is nicely decorated with flowers, palm trees and lots of green, and so is the entire area. Furthermore we arrived at a time wher there was only 30 - 40 % occupancy, so it was not noisy, there was no pushing in the dining room.
The only thing we did not like was the accoustics in the dining room, making it very noisy with all the people aroound. Luckily the weather was perfect and so we decided to sit outside, which was much more pleasant. One more thing, and this is not a critique but rather a suggestion: it would be nice to have a way to boil water in the rooms, so that one could make a coffee or tea outside the opening hours of the restaurant.

Very nice location in the middle of the jungle. Beautiful, dark sandy beach, clean sea. But not really suitable for snorkeling.
No coffee machine in the room! Hotel could use a renovation.

The beach and pool areas were very enjoyable and had plenty of space and loungers available. The hotel staff were welcoming, helpful and provided a wide selection of food at almost all hours of the day. the room had a nice view and was cleaned on a regular basis.
Some of the equipment in the gym was outdated and not functioning properly. The hotel could also use some renovations in certain areas to improve the overall cleanliness.

Staff were quite ready to assist in every way, and the recreation team was an excellent one.
The food, although good looking and in a good variety, did not taste up to expectations.

We had a great time at this hotel! Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. Breakfast had a good selection, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect, nestled in between two hills with easy access to everything we wanted.
Everything was spot on.

The food is great, with a delicious variety. Plenty of recreational activities, even on rainy days. Awesome swimming pools. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and beautiful beach. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Nice location with a quasi-private beach. Good quality drinks.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The resort offers a stunning location with beautiful surroundings. the rooms are spacious and well kept. the breakfast is included in the package and has a varied menu. the private beach is easy to access and clean. the staff is helpful and offered us good service. the pool is well maintained.
The hotel has a weak signal when it comes to WiFi connectivity. There are not many options for vegetarians, and the restaurant did not cater to their needs.

We had an amazing stay here! the luxurious amenities fulfilled all our needs. the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa centre were perfect for relaxation. the spa lounge was elegantly decorated, and we enjoyed foot, back and head massages. the restaurant offered a delicious Continental breakfast, dinner and buffet breakfast with a variety of dishes. the poolside snack bar, bar/lounge area, and beach bar were perfect for drinks and snacks.
We encountered only one minor issue with the service at the leisure/TV room. Though the live entertainment was excellent and the beachfront was stunning, the room advantages were not so exclusive.
